Buffalo Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
  • 1pound Chicken Breastshredded or diced
  • buffalo sauceto taste
  • tortillas
  • red oniondiced
  • shredded lettuce
  • 1 avocado
  • 1cup ranch dressing
  • tomatoesdiced
  • shredded cheese
Instructions
  1. Put whole chicken in crockpot on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. OR cook plain chicken breast in 350 degree oven for one hour.
  2. While chicken is cooking, prepare the veggies that you want for toppings by washing and dicing.
  3. Cut and dice the avocado and put in blender with ranch dressing. Blend until avocado is fully mixed in.
  4. When chicken is cooked, either shred or dice so that chicken is in small pieces. Toss with buffalo sauce. Fill tacos with buffalo chicken, then top as desired and enjoy!
