Pumpkin Pie Milkshake

Charlotte is in this very confusing time. It wants to be fall, but we’re still have 85+ degree weather. So while the majority of the country is cupping their Pumpkin Spice Latte, I’ll just be over here sippin’ my Pumpkin Pie Milkshake.

Once upon a time I used to work as a restaurant manager. We had a pumpkin milkshake, and I lived for it every year. Since I no longer work there, I decided I would try to make my own version, and I gotta say- it’s pretty darn delicious.

Pumpkin Pie Milkshake Ingredients

  • 3-4 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 heaping spoonfuls of pumpkin pie mix
  • 1 tablespoon of graham cracker crumbs
  • Sprinkle of nutmeg
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Pumpkin Pie Milkshake Directions

Put all ingredients (other than the whipped cream) in a blender. (I used my Nutribullet and it works so well!)

Pour into glass, top with whipped cream, extra graham cracker crumbs, and a sprinkle of nutmeg, if desired.

What are your favorite fall treats?? I gotta say- I’m more than ready for my hot beverages, but while the south is still enjoying our sweltering weather, this shake will definitely be enjoyed!
